It does recognize most of the text, but creates other bad things as well. BUT, if we "get" the text, let's say, from a web page, it does a good job of capturing the text and recognizing it, but doesn't keep event the simpliest formating (maybe change of line, but not even paragraphs)! And since it's just text, why not simply do a copy and paste (from Web, pdf, Word or other)?įor images, it doesn't do a good job. It's a quick little tool to make a screen shot and then convert it to text. The video shows a complete OCR product, which IS NOT what we get here. Why pay a lot of money and get a totally limited freedom.
